Sins of the Father ARCs
Advanced Reading Copies (ARCs) of my September release, Sins of the Father, arrived on Monday. If you’re interested in a copy, please comment on this blog post. Your books are great for the following reasons:
1) Interesting plots that hold my interest.
2) Unlike “Urban Lit”, you don’t need a half-naked picture on the cover to capture my attention.
3) I feel comfortable recommending them to Christian friends.
4) I feel comfortable recommending them to non-Christian friends.
5) Need I say more!!!!!

I would love to read your new book, it sounds so fascinating! Such an excitng plot concept,and your character development jumps out from the synopsis, not an easy thing to do!

Angela, I am already drawn to the story because of the names of the characters; Abraham, Saralyn, and Isaac. Girl, you are a mastermind when it comes to weaving in a message from God’s word with your stories!
Since I read my first Angela Benson book in 2008, I have rediscovered a love for reading. I have also been enriched by the spiritual lessons you teach through each realistic and colorful portrayal of your characters’ experiences.
I am proud of you and cannot wait to see how Sins of the Father unfolds. Thank you for teaching us how to read the bible too. You position biblical ideals in 21st century situations, so we can laugh while we grow.

Ms. Benson – I just finished reading the ARC of Sins of the Father. WOW! I loved the book. I hope there is a continuation/sequel. I need to know more! The characters were well developed – some you loved; others you just downright hated for their mean spirits (Saralyn). Others you think – I need to have her spirit of seeing the good and waiting & wanting this to work out while on the other hand understanding that if they don’t I must move on and do what’s right for me (Deborah & Josette). I’m glad Abraham did some soul searching and began to do the right thing (late) but good.
Do you plan on a continuation/sequel to this book?
Thank you for the opportunity to read the book before it “hit the streets”.
