I actually enjoyed Up Pops the Devil. Every time I got ready to read something got in my way, but this week I was like--I'm reading and of course your book was the next book in my pile of books to read. Once I started reading, it was hard to put down. I finished in 2 days.

Spoiler alert - I loved the way you weaved in the scenes with Sean & The Boss. That was unique and I hadn't seen it done that way before in a book. I know it's fiction but in reality when so much stuff is coming at you at one time, you can tell when the devil is busy.

I also liked the twist with the Boss' secretary.

I would love to see all the characters come back in a sequel. I'm glad Preacher got rid of his baggage. I think the baggage wasn't good for him in the first place.

Joy had a wonderful ending. My favorite really. Now that you've set the standard at Joy, it's hard to find one that tops it, but I love the way Sherri Lewis' My Soul Cries Out ended. I also enjoyed the way A Sin and A Shame ended. It was love hate though. I won't say why because it gives the book away.

I loved this book as well, Angela. I'm thinking... I know one thing that had a really great ending is Rochelle Alers' Secrets Never Told. The secret explained a lot.

If I can think of anything else I will come back and post it.
