Time to check-in. How was your week? I didn’t do so well this week–only made it to CURVES once–but I’m back at it this week. Don’t give up!

Hey Angela. I did my three workouts and I weighed in and recorded my measurements. I’ve lost 18 pounds and 18.25 inches!! Yes!!! With the program I’m doing, my metabolism is so high, I have to eat every three hours!! But I’m not complaining!
Let’s do this!
Hi Angela,
I’m not doing so well with my Curves. But I am motivated to work out at home!! Baby steps have led to great things! I work out 25 minutes three times a week at home on my treadmill. Eventually I’ll make it to my gym!!!!!!
I’ve lost 36 pounds so far!! (I’ll confess–I’ve been on a diet since December!!!) Let’s keep it up!! We’re all doing so great with our Baby Steps to Greatness!!!
Hi Angela!
I have managed to walk on three of my five breaks all three days I am at school. I’m aiming for all five breaks all three days but it’s sooo easy to forget and just check my email or talk to another student in the class.
I’m praying that having this group to hold me accountable will help me with my goal of walking more because I do feel better with more exercise.
See ya next week,
Charlotte
