If the point was to exercise three times a week, you did it!  I missed my weekend early AM walks on Sat and Sun but I spent all day Saturday walking around the Kennedy Space Center for my 4-year-old&#039;s birthday.  I was more tired the next day than if I had walked my usual 3-5 miles.  So sometimes we have to be flexible in our definition of exercise and exercising success.

		<description>Hey Angela. I did my workouts last week--kickboxing and Crossfit and since June I have now lost a total of 18 pounds! :)  Yaaay! Tonight I completed my first &quot;big dog&quot; workout at CrossFit--120 yards of walking lunges, run a 1/2 a mile and do 100 squats. I thought I was going to barf, but I didn&#039;t. I made it through.  We are on our way!</description>
